Welcome to Ecowarrior Yoga

Ecowarrior Yoga was inspired by a desire to help create peace in a chaotic world; to bring yoga off the mat and into our lives through mindfulness.

My intention is to help individuals reconnect with themselves through their breath and body, thus opening the door to a stronger connection with the world around them. A mindful mind-body connection supports the practice of the foundational yamas (or actions) of yoga in our daily lives—non-violence, truthfulness, non-stealing, non-excess, non-greed—which I believe will lead to a healthier and happier planet.

Ecowarrior Yoga classes provide students with movement medicine inspired by nature’s beauty; injecting naturalism, mythology, and environmentalism into a modern hatha-vinyasa yoga practice. I aim to teach fun, creative and inspiring yoga classes which will leave you feeling steady, calm, and connected.
